This is TL a few weeks ago tearing down the last bit of the wall that separated the den and kitchen. It's finally one big room!

This was our bathroom and closet a few weeks ago in the midst of being framed in.

A couple of trees in our backyard had to come down because they were unhealthy and in the way of our screened in porch...

TL raised the support beams in the sunroom a couple of weeks ago...the room feels so much bigger!

This is the downstairs half-bath... completely gutted and ready for new beautiful mosaic tile, a new toilet, and a pedestal sink..which is coming soon...

This is the drywall going up in the new master bath and closet...

Our contractor, Marcos, had to re-do most of the plumbing in our master bathroom so some of the ceiling underneath in the den had to be torn out...I'm so thankful now we know it was done well and in good shape for all the years to come...

Here is my Dad joyfully helping with the ceiling scraping... TL has 1 room upstairs and 1 closet downstairs to finish and then that's all done...they saved us lots of money by doing it themselves.

TL re-wiring in the sunroom and putting up insulation... is he impressive or what?!?! :)

Our bedroom for the last few weeks = chaos.

This is Marcos at the beginning of the tiling in our bathroom...

The guest bathroom about to be tiled...

More of the lovely state of our bedroom/bathroom/closet...

Carrara marble tile going up in our new walk-in shower!

Tile in the works in the shower...

This is our new bathtub just after being installed and framed in! That's the new tile under the plastic on the floor...

That's the tub on the left, the shower to the right, and the toilet will go to the left of the shower...just to give you a feel for the new bathroom...

TL decided to frame the garage door in himself and he did such a great job...it looks beautiful!

The new tile in the guest bathroom...

New shower...

Entrance into master bath...

Lots of progress being made :)

This is the hallway upstairs that leads to 2 of the bedrooms... the carpet is up and the ceiling has been scraped...the old doors are all off...

The current state of the sunroom... TL finished insulating so that the ceiling can soon go up and he started raising the floor so that all the flooring will be at the same level...

There was not much left of the ceiling in the kitchen so they went ahead and tore it all out so that new lighting could be installed... I'll post pictures of that soon...

New drywall in the den...TL and Marcos updated the plumbing on the other side of that wall for the laundry room...

The den...

TL closed in a small closet in the hallway to the front door from the kitchen and so now we have 1 big one closet instead of 2 small ones...

The garage door with the new trim up close...

Marcos moved that big white pipe so that we could open up that entrance into the kitchen more... what a difference it makes!

There's the white pipe that Marcos moved... we're so impressed by his work!

TL and me at the Tic-Toc ice cream shop in downtown Loudon on my birthday! :)

WOW! I am so impressed with amount of work that has been done already. What a difference in the appearance of the interior of your home. Roger and I can't wait to see it in person. So proud of both of you.
